Alarm clock Samuel

Oh man! This baby!...  :) Yesterday Samuel woke up at 4:15 AM gassy and uncomfortable. I checked his diaper and WOAH BABY!!! I would have cried if I was laying in that too! So I changed him and loved on him and he went back to sleep. Unfortunately I had a cup of coffee before he went back to bed, so then I couldn't sleep! It did give me a chance to catch up with my sister Amy via text and do some housework until he woke up at 8 AM. Sure wasn't expecting him to sleep 3 more hours! He was still pretty gassy by the afternoon, and by the time Jacob came home (and I had been up since 4:15) I was ready for a nap! So glad Jacob and I are on the same team.  :)

So THIS morning at 3 AM (!!!) Samuel was up again. Only he had contorted himself inside his Swaddler so that one arm was out through the top and one arm was out through the bottom. He looked so funny that I took him into the bedroom, woke Jacob back up, and made him look at Samuel. I will try to get a picture next time, but I wanted to get him back to sleep. After I changed ANOTHER loaded diaper, and fed him, he went back to sleep around 4. And slept until 8 AM. Needless to say, as soon as he was back in bed, I headed there myself.

Today is the day we pick up the new car! Yeah! After the day I had yesterday, and as tired as I was, I did NOT want to pack up Samuel and go to the dealership only to sit and sign all the paperwork. So today is the big day! Pictures to follow soon...
