Samuel got mail!

I had a bad day. Woke up on the wrong side of the bed by a baby (in his own room) who wanted to eat at 4 AM. Nothing wrong with that. I just woke up a little "off". Cried before I left the house and ended up crying at work. Bummer day. Then I went to pick up Samuel.  :) Apparently he was having an "off" day too. So were the girls at the daycare. Hmmm.

Came home today, scooped Samuel up and walked to the mailbox saying "Let's see if Samuel got any mail. Do you think you got mail?" And he did!!!!! How crazy is that??? G'ma Kathie and G'pa Dan in TN sent him some love in the form of Valentine goodies and onesies decorated by G'ma!!!!!

The package was as big as he was!

And tonight Samuel looked right at me and gave me the BIGGEST SMILE I've ever seen!!! Twice! And he smiled for Jacob as well. We weren't playing or tickling him, so it was a nice surprise. The day ended MUCH better.  :)

Tomorrow I'm leaving work and heading out to VA Beach to meet a friend for dinner and scrapbooking at the scrapbook store. Jacob will be picking up Samuel so I can get out there early. And on Saturday....Zane and Morgan come over!!!!! She came up with a really cute Valentine's Day idea that we're going to do with our boys. We're going to have lunch and play with paint! I can't wait!!  :)
