The Next Chapter: The words I dread: Battery Depleted!

Nothing stinks worse than getting ready to capture The Moment and your camera battery dies. How will I survive?!? (Hand on forehead, fainting) I was able to get a few shots today at the house, but once we got to the mall my battery was short lived.

Jacob lost his wedding band while on the ship and we headed to the mall to buy a replacement, as well as a cheapo to wear underway. Samuel did fairly well through the whole thing, but we could tell when he'd reached his breaking point.

That's about it around here today. We have LOTS of laundry washed, but a certain husband keeps ignoring the fact that it needs to get folded. (it's all his boat laundry!) I guess we'll do it tomorrow...

Here's a few pictures I took this morning. I didn't realize how big a 2T shirt was when I bought it. As you can see, it's too big for Samuel. I couldn't resist- a Team USA shirt for my little boy to wear during his first Olympics.
