- After picking him up and coming home, I set him down in the kitchen so I could unload the groceries. He proceeded to stand at the door (looking into the garage) and shout orders at me.
- As I brought the groceries in the house, he began pulling things out of the bag and setting them on the steps leading back into the garage.
- While I was grabbing the last load, he shut the door to the house. Once he realized he was alone, he started to cry for me. But HE shut the door!

In the past week:
- Samuel has started giving hugs without being asked. He wraps his arms around your neck and squeezes tight. It's adorable!
- His new word is "truck". It sounds more like "cuck" but we know what he's saying.
- Now that Daddy is gone, he will pick up his Papa Bear (the recorded voice bear from Jacob) and walk around carrying him. Upside down. :)
- If he sees me with the iPad, he automatically things G'ma is on it. (we do FaceTime) And he will get upset if you don't let him see the screen. He's a techno baby!
- He loves bath time with his new foam animals from Target. He's really good at sticking them up on the side of the tub.
- Hiding behind the chair in his room allows him to be nakey a few more minutes before I can grab him and get jam jams on him. :)
- Samuel will bring me random things (books, paper, dish towels, the remote), or I will know where he's been because I FIND random things where they should NOT be. (usually stuff behind the TV)
He is becoming more fun each day! :)
Don't you love it when they are such good helpers? :) I think it's awesome when they start to figure things out - and get curious. I'm thankful he is bringing you laughter, Ashley. I am praying for you and for your wonderful guys.
