As you all know, at 3.5 months old, Samuel can't really talk. He can babble and squeal, but he can't talk. :) He attends daycare with 3 or 4 little girls, ranging in age from 2-3. Little mamas. Definitely. So I wanted to record some of the things they've said- to me or about Samuel- that are just too funny to forget. The names of the sweetly innocent have been protected. ;)
Miss M- "Samuel is in there. You can go get him." (while pointing to the back room at Kathi's house)
Miss M- "Samuel! Your mommy's here!!" (as if he would come running)
Miss A- "Miss M! Your mommy's here!"
Miss M- "That's not my mommy! That's Samuel's mommy!"
Miss A- "Nuh uh. That's YOUR mommy!"
Miss M- "Nuh uh. That's SAMUEL'S mommy!"
Miss A- "Nuh uh!!"
Kathi- "Girls! Quit fighting! That's Samuel's mommy." Sigh.
Miss M- "Why does Samuel have small hands?"
Me- "Because he has a small body."
Miss M- "Ok."
Miss E's Mom was putting her shoes on to leave, and Miss E started to chew on a piece of cardboard
Miss E's Mom- "Miss E! Do we eat cardboard?"
Miss E- "Yes."
Miss E's Mom- "Do you want to rethink that answer?"
Miss E- "No."
This is all I can remember right now. I can only imagine what crazy things Samuel will be saying. :)
Thanks for reading!
I like the small hands/ small body conversation. :)
ReplyDeleteKids really do say the funnist things! :) Good for you for remembering them! (I try to write down what the grandkids say...or else I forget.) :)
