"Looks like somebody's got a case of the Mondays!"- Office Space

Today was DEFINITELY Monday. Samuel was a *little* crazy last night, and by the time he went to bed we were pretty worn out. And it was late. So this morning when our alarms went off at 4:15, 4:20, 4:30, and 4:45 (yes, that's AM) we hit snooze. A lot. And woke up at 5:30!! Did you know that Jacob has to leave the house by 5 AM??!!?? So he was late. I threw on my running clothes, packed my lunch, and woke up Samuel at 5:50. He did NOT want to wake up. Poor guy.  :( And while I was changing his diaper he started crying in that "I'm so sleepy, Mama. Why do we have to be awake?" way of his. It about broke my heart. I got him fed, and we were out the door about 6:20. (20 mins later than usual)

But this afternoon was a different story.  :) Jacob came home early to run the lawn mower to a repair shop. (pray that the warranty covers it so we don't have to pay out of pocket) By the time I got home, Jacob was ready to help out with Samuel. I had a headache coming on strong, so the boys hung out while I napped for 45 mins. Then I started dinner- 2 Dressing Salad. (will post the recipe soon) Jacob got Samuel down for a nap at 7, I went up to coax Samuel to sleep about 7:15 PM, and it's almost 9 and he's Still. Asleep. Sigh. I got the den vacuumed, Jacob did the dishes, and we folded the laundry from this weekend. SUCH A GOOD FEELING.

Aaaaand my sisters will be here next Thursday or Friday. Craziness will ensue!!!!!  :)
