6:45 AM!!!

Last night things were a little crazy at the Thomas House. Jacob and I were dealing with some stuff, and Mr. Samuel decided that he did NOT want to miss anything...and therefore he didn't want to sleep! He was up, down, up, down. And finally went to sleep after 10 PM. No evening nap for him! Sigh.

So this morning when my alarm went off Jacob said I didn't even move. Not good. And at 6:45 AM I finally woke up. Did I mention that I have to be at work by 7??? So I throw on my uniform and pull my hair up, walk into the nursery, and this is what I see...

Silly baby! He was SO excited to be awake, on his tummy, and see his Mama. And he even had a present for me in his diaper.  ;) I changed him out of his jammies and into a onesie. (usually I take him to Kathi's in jammies) As I was dressing him, I thought to myself,  "Is it just me, or does he resemble a baby Shrek??" And he even let me take more than 1 picture!

The sleeves of his onesie look like Shrek's ears!!!

As you can see, we don't feed Samuel very often so he must resort to eating his hands.

Standing up on Daddy

It's been raining like crazy here, and it's HOT. The temperature when I left work today was 78 degrees. Crazy. We're looking forward to a fun weekend. Samuel will have a friend over- ZANE!!!!! That's right, I get to have 2 babies! And I couldn't be more excited!!!  :) Morgan has duty this weekend, so she'll be working. I'm excited, but definitely glad Jacob will be here to help me out.  :)
