Working on pages

I know a lot of people say you can't ever truly be caught up on scrapbooking, but I don't agree. I don't worry about stuff that happened before I started scrapbooking. (in early 2000 before I joined the Navy)If I do scrap earlier events, it's just "extra", but I don't stress about it. Anyway...I've got a "To Scrap" list on my craft table, and I've been working on crossing a few pages off the list.

Easter Sunday, 2012- this paper isn't really my "style" but I thought it was nice and Springy. And as much as I truly dislike glitter (on ANYTHING), the letters at the top matched the background paper perfectly!

Left side- the flowers are layered on cardstock cirles with brads in the center

Right side- made a piece of "notebook paper" to journal on

Jacob's Reenlistment- I worry that the layout is too busy, but once I started embellishing the little squares at the bottom----I couldn't stop! Paper and embellishments are Americana by K & Co.

Left side- Title cut with the Cameo (more on that later), Glitter foam stickers (I know, I know...)

Right side- Drew faint lines in pencil, journaled, then erased them.

My VA Baby Shower- Hosted by my wonderful friends Chris Schermerhorn and Adrian Reed
