Jacob was here...but he wasn't

This weekend was frustrating. Jacob's ship, the USS Truman, is back. However, some of the machines in the Paraloft aren't working properly so Jacob worked FULL DAYS all weekend.  :( So Samuel and I were pretty lonely without him.

And I managed to scrapbook on Saturday while he napped in the Pack 'n Play.

This is one of the few pictures I took at the Henry Doorly Zoo in NE. I added a postcard from there as well. I don't usually do 2 picture, 1 page layouts but this called for that. I can't believe how much Samuel as grown since mid-June!

    I have seen lots of pictures of little ones falling asleep in strange places...but never in a jumper!!! Your little guy must be a great sleeper when he crashes. :) I'm so sorry Jacob couldn't be home more. Boo. Hiss.

    I forgot to say that the blanket Samuel is using in the pack and play is soooo cute! And I love your scrapbook page. :)

    Thanks! My mom made the blanket. I was bummed that I got his crib bumpers done but ran out of time to do a blanket. So when she made it as a present for Samuel, I was thrilled! He uses that one and a NE blanket constantly. :)
